Letter of recommendation…
COASTLINE has been our IT provider and consultant for over 3 years, and i would like to relate a small
incident that demonstrates the kind of service, commitment, care, feeding and effort that they provide.
The CEO of the company (me) did something incredibly stupid and opened an email from someone
whose name was exactly the same as someone i know well -- and sure enough it was a virus and not
an email from my friend.
Two computers were infected by this evil virus and we called coastline to bail us out --remember it is
now 4pm on a holiday week -- and the coastline team arrived at our offices in one hour, and then
spent the next 7 hours...yes, that is not an exaggeration, the number is 7…fixing the computers.
In the process one of the gentlemen gave up a holiday party with his brother-in-law (it is possible that
this crisis was a blessing in disguise for him) and the other coastline team member (who was out of
town, but operated surgically over the internet) also gave up a holiday party with his fiancé (I am sure
this is something he really did want to attend ::))
They solved the problem, inoculated the virus and put our little company back in business...
As the CEO, what I can say to anyone considering coastline is that when you see the kind of skill and
service that they provide, frankly you would be crazy to use anyone else....
